The next-generation office software

Microsoft Office 2024 is a premium office suite, continuing Microsoft’s long line of office application packages. Unlike the subscription-based Office 365, this one comes in a perpetual license arrangement, making it a better investment. Aside from revamped user interfaces, it also introduces a host of new features for each of its apps.

Designed for mobility

Microsoft Office 2024 is designed to work with Windows 11 systems. For example, Microsoft Outlook is set to introduce a more customizable version that works seamlessly with Mail, Calendar, and People apps from your Windows 11 system. The same can be expected for other apps.

However, there’s no official release yet, although interested users can access it through the Microsoft DevMain channel. As such, there are risks of instability and issues that could render your files or your system unusable. Explore this suite through a virtual machine or a separate system altogether.

Use with caution

Microsoft Office has been a long-trusted brand in terms of productivity and connectivity, and Microsoft Office 2024 is set to revitalize the office suite. Some features remain to be revealed, but at the very least, it has a promising perpetual license once it hits the market. Feature-wise, all applications in its portfolio are receiving upgrades.
